Our team of designers are ready to help make your design dreams a reality! We offer three tiers of design services, and each tier includes a single basic revision session at NO extra cost. We bill any additional revisions at $75/hour (see FAQ below for more details).
- Good: 20 minutes of professional design work. This tier is best for customers who already have a clear idea of what they want their graphic to look like, but just need a hand in making it happen.
- Better: 40 minutes of professional design work. This tier is best for customers who have a vision for their graphic, but need some help figuring out what creative direction they want to take.
- Best: One hour of professional design work. While we would need some basic information on how you want your finished graphic to look, this tier is ideal for customers who are able to give our design team creative freedom to make a custom graphic with serious WOW factor.
HOW TO ADD DIYWRAPS DESIGN SERVICES
- Select your desired design service tier when ordering one of our fully custom graphics.
- Select your desired graphic dimensions, and click the “Add to Cart” button to add a blank decal to your cart.
- Fill out the DIYWraps professional design services form to give our designers some background on your brand, and provide any logo files you want included in the design.
- We will email you a layout within 7-10 business days after receiving your design services form for initial approval. You get one FREE basic revision session included in the price of your design services. Your designer will alert you when you have hit your allotted design time, and will provide you with the link to purchase additional design time if needed.
- Once you approve your layout, we will move your graphic into production. Production can take up to 5 business days. You will receive an email once your graphics have shipped.
DIYWRAPS DESIGN SERVICES FAQ
- Is there a limit to the number of graphics I can have designed?
- Each design service package is for a single graphic. If you would like to design multiple, different graphics, you would need to add the appropriate number of custom graphics to your cart. For example, you can order 5 graphics featuring the same design using one design service package. But, if you wanted 5 different designs, you would need to order 5 design service packages.
- What types of logo files should I send?
- We can accept files in the following formats: PDF, JPG, JPEG, TIF, TIFF, EPS, AI, SVG, and PNG. Please send us the highest resolution file available to you to prevent distortion when scaled to a large size.
- How will I be billed for extra design time?
- Your DIYwraps designer will alert you when you have hit your allotted design time. We will provide you with the link to purchase additional design services if needed, which are sold in half hour intervals. Select your desired additional design time, and your designer will be able to continue working on your graphic once we receive payment.
- What types of changes are included in my free revisions session?
- Things like slight color adjustments on text and fill colors, revising placement or size of text or logos, and simple updates to the language used in the design are included in your free revision session. However, we are not able to redesign major elements of the layout in the minor revision session. A good rule of thumb is that a free revision session will be about 10 minutes. To prevent incurring any additional hourly fees for design, make sure you provide your designer with a well-thought out plan before the design clock starts ticking. When filling out your design services form, put a lot of thought into each question to give our designers, as well as yourself, a good starting point for how the finished design should look!
